WISDOM OF THE WAIT

Patience is not something most people really desire to obtain. We live in a world that, to put it plainly, absolutely can’t stand waiting. The microwave cuts down cooking time, dating sites cut down the process of getting to know a person, and self checkouts move you put the store faster.

Waiting actually is a great thing. Oh Lord, I felt that cringe you just had. Lol. Think about it this way, when we wait, we learn so much about life. Waiting allows a person to see what they may have missed because of impatience. Let’s use dating for example, waiting allows people to get to know each other. When you wait and become friends, you can see the good, bad, and ugly in someone. I recently had a person in my life that I liked and we became friends etc. During our friendship I learned a great deal about him personally that made me think about our friendship/relationship, which allowed me to keep my emotions in check.(yal single people better hear me). Waiting gave me wisdom about what I really wanted in a relationship and learn more about myself. It allowed me to see the situation with new vision. Waiting helped me to not get hurt in the long run.

Waiting is so powerful once we can see it as a blessing and not a curse. Waiting allows you to enjoy this journey called life so much better.

Let’s embrace the “wait” in our lives and allow the wisdom of the “wait” to manifest.

Wait for it, wait for it, wait for it.

Much love,

Beautiful Black Cat

I absolutely love putting it in writing! When I write I release a part of me that was hidden from the world. For years I would only write to help me navigate through this thing called life, however, writing has become my closest friend. I am a self-published author with a desire to help people know there is always HOPE. Hope for a better tomorrow, hope to live another day, and HOPE TO KNOW LIFE DOES GET BETTER. To my readers, I say "Live FREE and Die WELL" (Quote from the Rock in the movie Scorpion King~lol). Hope is always found in letting go.
